CEO Jennifer Bull offers an insightful and unique perspective on culture transformation based on her leadership experience in the corporate world of UPS and then as President of Tribe, an internal communications agency.
At Tribe, she worked with leadership teams at Chick-fil-A, Coke Refreshments, Elavon, Embassy Suites, IHG, Porsche and UPS to improve employee morale and productivity. At UPS, she was an internal lead who helped launch the new UPS brand in 2001 (the largest corporate rebranding in history at that time) and helped launch the brand's sustainability platform, which is still in action today.
President Kate Wolfe has a decade of experience conducting research, developing innovative solutions and creating leadership, employee and sales communications. The majority of her career was spent with Medtronic, a global Fortune 500 medical device technology company, where she led technical and non-technical teams to meet product development goals. |
